Life never gives a damn where you are right now and what you shall be after certain decades. Life is unpredictable, it motivates and demotivates a person with somebody's achievements or success. Life always gives various chances to everybody and it's in our hand to choose to exceed.  There are instances, where we are neglecting the chances and not helping us to move forward in life. Yes, I mean it personally and professionally both. There are instances, where you find things which are apt for your life but, also you will encounter things aren't unseemly. 16/4/2017 - Sunday Well from where should I start off? If I go back to 2016, search for a new job had started. Fortunately, I got to hear about Unacademy and desired to join this company since it was a startup company.  I joined Unacademy on 10th Dec as Content Manager. A Stall of Momo(2) - 21/3/2016 As every day, I walk from KFC Signal to my house, I often observe a man who stands and waits for customers.Failed to understand what's happening? When I started going to that place I got to know what he has been selling.That particular place is surrounded by no. of showrooms, diagnostic centres, malls like Maxmart, Peoplemart.I have been seeing the amazing correlation of management terms and his stall of Momo. 6/10/2015: Journey from June to October in Qyk comes to an end It all started well in June , was very happy after getting a prestigious position in a start-up company Qyk. During initial week of work, I took back to back interviews for selecting good candidates. Fortunately, I hired a good bunch of people in my team. The first week with Reshmi, Kalyan and Prabu I had the wonderful time by different mock session.The mock session was totally based on how to convince the professionals for getting hired on our platform. Week by week we grew from 5  members to 12 members.By 22nd July,2015 we had 12 members in a team.We started from 0 professionals on 7th June and made it to 9000 professionals till 30th September 2015. After spending a good time in the company, we on-boarded 1500 plus professionals to our platform. Trend Changing!! There was to be a time when companies like Hcl , Tcs, Ibm and other big shot were ruling the whole market weather being product or service based. As the year 2015 is coming  to an end,I had several remembrance of year 2010 to 2012 good and bad phase during four semesters of MBA 2010 to 2012.My brother dropped me to my college and I reached by 8:40 in morning. Remembered, I glanced through all  girl's faces and thought somebody will offer but regrettably it did not happen. I went silently went and sat to the back row. My first day was great though,because we had a competition of introducing people and I secured the 3rd position.We had a free sandwich as a breakfast organised by college.
