Trend Changing!! There was to be a time when companies like Hcl , Tcs, Ibm and other big shot were ruling the whole market weather being product or service based. From year 2008 approximately the wave of market have taken  an u-turn.The companies are working smarter to solve down the basic problems of the end users. Many companies are swaying and has been successfully doing till date. Basic point what I am trying to convey is my opinion regarding how these companies are doing it so effortlessly and making their roots stronger in the market. New companies which are making their roots stronger worldwide through their innovative ideas, strong product , strong ideas , solving pain points for customers are being termed as "Start Up " these days. As the year 2015 is coming  to an end,I had several remembrance of year 2010 to 2012 good and bad phase during four semesters of MBA 2010 to 2012.My brother dropped me to my college and I reached by 8:40 in morning. Remembered, I glanced through all  girl's faces and thought somebody will offer but regrettably it did not happen. I went silently went and sat to the back row. My first day was great though,because we had a competition of introducing people and I secured the 3rd position.We had a free sandwich as a breakfast organised by college.
